Trump: Hopes to Make America a "Bitcoin Superpower"
BlockBeats News, November 6th, according to a report by CoinDesk, on the first day of the "American Business Forum" held in Miami, Florida, on November 5th (local time at 1 p.m.), during a keynote speech, Trump called for the United States to embrace crypto assets (cryptocurrencies) and showcased his ambition to lead in this field.
Trump stated, "We are gathered here in Miami today to embrace a crucial industry. I have signed a historic executive order, ending the federal government's war on crypto assets. The crypto industry was once under siege, but not anymore. Because this is a huge industry, a vast industry. I am surrounded by many talented individuals, outstanding entrepreneurs who are not only involved in other businesses but are also actively engaged in the crypto asset space."
Furthermore, he also said, "Crypto assets can greatly alleviate the burden on the US dollar and bring about many positive effects, and we are focusing on driving this point. We want the United States to become a superpower of Bitcoin (BTC) and to become the global hub for crypto assets."
